Miami On Sight collaborates with beauty schools, professional freelancers, and salons providing hair and makeup for our models on the day of events. The beauty team embodies our core values of collaboration and creativity to produce flawless runway looks.
The beauty team receives access to all professional images from runway day to use in their portfolios, as well as networking opportunities with countless photographers, models, and designers.

OUR MODELS
At Miami On Sight we strive to cast models that are reflective of the city we love so much. MOS hosts open castings for each event welcoming all bodies, ages, gender expressions, and levels of experience. Models get to wear the latest, one-of-a-kind fashions from Miami designers.
Models receive access to all professional images from runway day to use in their portfolios, as well as networking opportunities with countless photographers, beauticians, and designers.

OUR VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers are passionate about fashion design and production. Miami On Sight collaborates with students from DASH, JWU, and FIU, along with community volunteers from local charities. Our volunteer team helps the show run smoothly by helping designers, assisting guests, working backstage, and more. Day-of volunteers help with the construction and set up of the production itself. Volunteers gain valuable experience, insight, and connections alongside local Miami talent.
